Bring your large group to enjoy the great outdoors at our Barndominium! The barndo has 8BRs with the loft studio suite that will sleep up to 25! It has a gated entrance that offers privacy and security for our guests. Situated about 23 min from KCI, 7 min to Liberty, 25 min to Chiefs/Royals stadiums, & 30 min to downtown KC. BARNDO DESCRIPTION: The entire barndo sleeps 25 max with 8 bedrooms (including the loft studio suite), 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 living areas. The main level has a large gathering space (approx. 850 sq ft) with a kitchen, dining area, and a 70" smart Vizio TV. The laundry is in the loft studio suite's bath. The main living room connects to 4 BRs/2 baths on the north side and 3 BRs on the south side. The loft has an upper deck with stairs to the fenced backyard. Access is via a gated entrance with a unique 4-digit code. Plenty of parking on the North, West, & South sides. BR 1: King bed, 32" smart TV, attached full bath. Sleeps 2. BR 2: Queen bed, 32" smart TV. Sleeps 2. BR 3: 2 full beds, 32" smart TV. Sleeps 4. BR 4: 2 full beds, 32" smart TV. Sleeps 4. BR 5: 1 king bed, 32" smart TV. Sleeps 2. * EVENTS - Events need PRIOR APPROVAL and may have extra charge depending upon the amount of people attending. * DOGS - Should be small/medium, 50 lbs or under, house broke, and kennel trained. - They can't roam the property because we may have other guests in the house. They must be inside, on a leash, or in the fenced-in back yard. - NO OUTSIDE PETS with visitors are allowed not enless there is prior agreement. Visitor pets will be charged $50 per pet if seen on our camera and not approved ahead of time.

This was such a great stay!! The house has the best living area that allows all guest to hang out in one common space. The rooms were perfectly spread out around the open floor plan. Paul was very responsive and a great host!

I cannot say enough about the great experience my family had at this barndominium. My entire family stayed here as my son got married in Kansas City. I do not have one negative thing to say about our stay and I am a pretty particular Person. I own a cleaning business and am very critical if something is not clean. Thank you so much Paul and Leisa, fond memories were made here.
