* EVENTS - Events need PRIOR APPROVAL and may have extra charge depending upon the amount of people attending. * DOGS - Should be small/medium, 50 lbs or under, house broke, and kennel trained. - They can't roam the property because we may have other guests in the barndo. They must be inside, on a leash, or in the fenced-in back yard. - NO OUTSIDE PETS with visitors are allowed not enless there is prior agreement. Visitor pets will be charged $50 per pet if seen on our camera and not approved ahead of time.

Perfect for our family’s 2025 Christmas Gathering. Plenty of space and great place for entertaining a large group. The kitchen was amazing and equipped with everything we needed. Our family enjoyed it very much! Comfortable beds, wonderful bathrooms and very comfortable seating in the living spaces. Thank you for everything Paul!

We spent 4 Amazing days at this property. We absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful and spacious. All amenities you could need are there. House is very clean and uncluttered. We enjoyed every second. Paul was very quick to answer and communicated all directions perfectly. We 100% would recommend staying here.
